June 2020 saw me conclude a piece of Continuous Professional Development and I am now qualified to use this assessment tool to assist clients. It looks to measure three things, namely: Behavioural Tendencies, Interests and Preferences. It helps clients to navigate their careers through identifying your strengths, best roles and potential derailers. Using both the “Enjoyment Performance Theory” and the Harrison Paradox Theory, I am able to review your results and assist in the creation of an action plan to assist in your professional development.
